The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur underwent national level of validation for the 2023 Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG). LGOO V Mary Jheama Rachine E. In celebration of World Tourism Week 2023, Governor Jerry Singson, Vigan City Mayor Bonito Singson and Sangguniang Panlungsod Members led the ribbon cutting of the “One Barangay One Product” (OBOP) Tourism Trade Fair.
