The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur launched activities that led to the celebration of Ilocos Sur Tourism Festival as part of the celebration of World Tourism Week 2023.

The activities marking the week include grand parade, competitions, workshops, stakeholders congress, job fair, sisterhood agreement signing and stakeholders’ night.
