Governor Jerry Singson led the Distribution of Farm Inputs (AMOrganiko, Foliar fertilizer and Corn Seeds) to the Ilocos Sur farmers this 19 September 2022 at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center Lobby. This program aims to give improved farm inputs, fertilizers and corn seeds to the farmers of the province for more productive crops.

Governor Jerry Singson formerly approved a request by the cattle raisers of Sto. Domingo Ilocos Sur. Seventy-two cattles were distributed to the beneficiaries at Brgy. Lao-ingen this 19 September 2022. This is an augmentation to the Artificial Insemination Program of Sto. Domingo to help the raisers improved their way of life.
