Governor Jerry Singson led the Distribution of Farm Inputs (AMOrganiko, Foliar fertilizer and Corn Seeds) to the Ilocos Sur farmers this 19 September 2022 at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center Lobby.

This program aims to give improved farm inputs, fertilizers and corn seeds to the farmers of the province for more productive crops.
