Beautiful and towering crafted floats added a creative and unique heritage touch of the Ilocos Sur Festival 2025 Grand Parade.

The floats featured a historical and cultural significance, showcasing the traditions and one town one product of each muncipality/city of the province.

The event was participated by the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur, local government units, national government agencies, civil society organizations, business sector, and the academe among others.
