The night of music and artistry during the Battle of the Bands proved that finest bands of Ilocos Sur are competent and extremely talented.

Different bands gave their live renditions of Ilocano, OPM and a song of choice. After a suspenseful wait, champions were the I Yes sea on School and Universities Category, BADALISM for Youth Sub Category and Seaside Band for Professional Category.

Other activity highlights include the performance of the Franco Band.
