Balikbayans convened together for a night to remember during the Ilocos Sur Festival 2024 An Evening with the Balikbayan.

Balikbayans together with provincial and municipal officials filled the stage with their grace as they dance along with the music performed by celebrity guests Gino Padilla, Bimbo Cerudo, Rannie Raymundo and J Jam Orchestra.

Governor Singson embarked on the creation of an umbrella organization or a global database called One Ilocos Sur Balikbayan Network that aims to unite all balikbayan organizations around the world. This will serve as a platform for collaboration to create a stronger global network for balikbayan community.
