Tinnatoan, the biggest tattoo expo in Northern Luzon participated by eminent tattoist from Ilocos Sur and other part of the country was conducted as part of the Ilocos Sur Festival 2024.

The two-day event aims to introduce tattoo as part of Ilocos Sur’s tourism industry. Governor Jerry Singson is hopeful that this will not only support and uplift the artistic and talented minds of tattoo artists but also a big help to boost the economy of the province.
