Governor Jerry Singson, Vice Governor Ryan Singson, Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members, DILG Provincial Direcror Randy Dela Rosa and Former Governor Luis “Chavit” Singson attended the Philippine Councilors League – Ilocos Sur Chapter Year End Assembly and Christmas Party this 14 December at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center.

The Provincial Government hosted the party with exciting raffle prizes that spiced up the event.
