Job Fair Caravan for Overseas Employment.
The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur through its Provincial Employment Services Office in coordination with the Department of Migrant Workers and Department of Labor and Employment launched the region’s first ever Job Fair Caravan for Overseas Employment. Governor Jerry Singson, Vice Governor Ryan Singson, Congressman Ronald Singson and Former Governor Luis “Chavit” Singson attended the Blessing and Inauguration of Caoayan Agri-Fishery Social Park & Tourism Center.
