Governor Jerry Singson, Vice Governor Ryan Singson, Congressman Ronald Singson and Former Governor Luis “Chavit” Singson attended the Blessing and Inauguration of Caoayan Agri-Fishery Social Park & Tourism Center.

This place will serve as an avenue to promote Caoayan, Ilocos Sur’s rich culture, traditions, delicacies and most of all to achieve economic growth.
