Governor Jerry Singson presented the accomplished programs and projects of the provincial government on his regular message during the Flag Raising Ceremony this 6 November 2023.

As Ilocos Sur is among the list of LGUs for the grant of FY 2022 Performance-Based Bonus, he instructed the Finance Committee to expedite the preparation as well as the Year-End Bonus.

The Governor together with Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda and Provincial Tourism Officer John Noel Andaya also awarded the prizes of the winning offices for the PGIS Halloween Decorating Contest namely:

Champion: PDRRMO

1st Runner Up: PEO

2nd Runner Up: SP Secretariat

3rd Runner Up: PESO

4th Runner Up: Provincial Tourism
