Governor Jerry Singson served as the Keynote Speaker during the 8th Regional Agriculture and Fisheries Extension Network 1 (RAFEN 1) Symposium held at NSCC, Caoyan.

The Governor stressed his sincerest appreciation to RAFEN 1 for hosting the symposia and emphasized the importance of this as it serves as an avenue to the farmers and fishemen in expanding their knowledge, establish linkages towards progressive and sustainable agricultural ventures.
