The Office of Senator Robin Padilla thru DSWD distributed five million pesos worth of Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) to 1,000 residents of Ilocos Sur specifically Vigan City and Santa. Beneficiaries received 5,000 pesos each.

Senator Robin Padilla represented by Mr. Virgilio Cariño along with Governor Jerry Singson, Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members Efren Rafanan, Gina Cordero, Art Oandasan, Third Ranches and Vigan City Mayor Jose “Bonito” Singson graced the event.
