Governor Jerry Singson thanked the Manny V. Pangilinan Group of Companies for donating 500 packs relief goods, 250 pcs bottled water (six-liter), 20 pcs water filters, 12 boxes of assorted medicines and 40 sacks (25-kg) rice for the affected families of Ilocos Sur.
