At least 1,000 family packs were turned over to the municipalities of Banayoyo, Lidlidda, San Emilio, Sigay, Suyo, Sta. Cruz, Sta. Lucia, and Tagudin last July 29 as a commitment of the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur to the Resiliency amid Adversity Agenda.
