Governor Jerry Singson together with Vigan City Mayor Jose “Bonito” Singson and City Councilor Bobit Singson attended the re-opening mass of the restored Vigan City’s Simbaan A Bassit after it was damaged by the 7.1 magnitude earthquake that struck the province last 27 July 2022. Tha mass was officiated by Msgr. Gary Noel Formoso.
