Chona Molina and Carmelo Robino of Magsingal together with Molesto Quitente Jr. from San Juan emotionally thanked Governor Jerry Singson for giving them free prosthetic legs after losing their legs due to diabetes and vehicular accident. The artificial leg brings them hope as this will enable them to walk again.
