The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur thru the Provincial Veterinary Office apprehended a private van loaded with 41 live piglets from the province of Abra that shall be transported to Ilocos Norte. The driver failed to present any pertinent documents to the authorities at the Animal Quarantine Checkpoint in Ambulogan, Narvacan.
