Governor Jerry Singson became the Guest of Honor and Speaker during the Ilocos Sur Association of Government Information Officers (ISAGIO) General Assembly cum Training on Video Production: Editing for Beginners organized by the Philippine Information Agency – Ilocos Sur.

He also served as the inducting officer during the oath taking of the newly-elected ISAGIO Officers.
