The Provincial Cooperative Development Council (PCDC) elected new set of officers wherein Executive Secretary Atty. Jannah Singson delivered the message of Governor Jerry Singson.

“Congratulations to the newly elected officers, may you embody responsible and excellent leadership and carry on our missions to provide opportunity for all as you assume your positions,” said the Governor.

Atty. Singson also administered the induction of officers. Along with her was SPM Ronnie Rapanut.
