Govenor Jerry Singson expressed his warmest congratulations to the ISCC President, Dr. Arnel C. Doctolero for reaching his milestone as the leader of the educational institution.

“You are an epitome of transformational leadership, a bearer of principles and values, a person of intellect and wisdom and a source of inspiration to everyone,” the governor in his message.

The ISCC personnel also rendered their heartfelt messages to their President thru dancing and musical rendition. A certificate of commendation was also bestowed to the ISCC’s former faculty members.

Committee on Education Chairperson and birthday celebrator, SPM Ronnie Rapanut also conveyed his gratitude towards Dr. Doctolero for his 2nd anniversary as the ISCC President.
