Governor Jerry Singson attended the 48th Pinning, Candle Lighting and Madonna Awarding Ceremonies of the 302 midwifery students of Ilocos Sur Community College this 16 May 2023 at the PFLDC Lobby.

The ceremonies signified that these future health professionals have been equipped and empowered to do clinical duties which is the highlight of their in service training-actual clinical experience.

Also present to grace the occasion were Vice Governor Ryan Singson and the Chief Nurse of ISDH-Magsingal Oreo Dela Fuente who served as the Guest Speaker.
