Public Service is a Public Trust.

Governor Jerry Singson engaged to the Civil Service Commission’s 2023 Forum for Local Officials on Human Resource Management and had emphasized the important role of human resource in managing diverse personnel towards responsive public service this 22 March 2023 at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center.

The symposia attendees were Caoayan Mayor Germelina Goulart, Santa Mayor Jesus “Popoy” Bueno, Sangguniang Bayan and Panglunsod Members, CSC Region 1 Director Hedy Jose B. Lardizabal with his staff, CSC Ilocos Sur Field office staff, city and municipal department heads.
