ILOCOS SUR KANNAWIDAN FESTIVAL 2023

As the Ilocos Sur Kannawidan Festival 2023 concluded, Governor Jerry Singson thanked all the people who were behind the success of the festivity through the Panagyaman Program happened at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center.

And because of the success of the festival, the Governor planned for a grander Ilocos Sur Kannawidan Festival 2024 which highlights the Intayon, ILOCOS SUR! The Balikbayan Festival 2024.

As he launched the festival, he conferred a very special title to Vice Governor Ryan Singson, all the members of the Sanggunian Panlalawigan, all City and Municipal Mayors as ONE Ilocos Sur Ambassadors to the World who is expectedly working on the planning and making this grand event happen.
