The education leaders of the province gathered all together to be part of the Ilocos Sur Education Leaders Conference.

Governor Jerry Singson represented by Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda honored the huge part of the educators in nation building. This is one way of the PGIS to expressed how diverse the administration of Governor Jerry Singson who believed that educators are instrument in educating the young minds and partners of community development.
