Thousands of participants from the province doused from head to toe in different colors as they run for the first ever Ilocos Sur Kannawidan Festival 2023 Neon Fun Run brought by the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur.

The event was less about speed and more about enjoying a night of illuminating lights and neon glow powder that made the night more fun and enjoyable.

The participants were given t-shirts, powder packets, medals and food packs. Plus, there were color stations along the way with volunteers throwing colored powder.

Governor Jerry Singson showed his full support during the run in which he emphasized the importance of unity in crossing the finish line as he shouted for One Ilocos Sur.
