The elderlies of Ilocos Sur who helped preserve the traditions, incharge of passing wealthy knowledge and experience to the next generation were commended this 6 February 2023 thru this Gift Giving to the Elderlies as part of the Ilocos Sur Kannawidan Festival 2023.
Governor Jerry Singson wanted to show the utmost care, appreciation and respect for the Senior Citizens.
Raffle draws, giving of cash gifts, singing, dancing and of course not to forget Gabby Concepcion serenading the elderlies were among the activities done to make them happy.
Along with the Governor were Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members Christopher Baterina,
Mildred Elaydo,Third Ranches, Art Oandasan, OIC PSWD Officer Mr. Rodrigo Llameg and Ambassador Catalino Dilem, FSCAP President.
