Governor Jerry Singson together with Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members Third Ranches, Gina Cordero, Ronnie Rapanut, Art Oandasan, and Christopher Baterina led the Distribution of Fertilizers and Floating Fish Feeds to Farmers and Fisherfolks of Ilocos Sur this 13 January 2023 at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center.

12,284 fisherfolks and 39,893 farmers of Ilocos Sur were benefitted to the said program of the provincial government through the Provincial Agriculture Office.
