The Philippine Councilors League of Ilocos Sur held their Year-End Assembly and Christmas Party at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center this 06 December 2022.

Governor Jerry Singson took part on the event together with Vice Governor Ryan Singson and Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members.
