Knights of Rizal Past Supreme Commander Governor Jerry Singson inducted the Kabataang Pangarap ni Rizal (KAPARIZ) new sets of senior and junior high school officers from the Ilocos Sur Division during the 6th Division Rizal Youth Leadership Institute this 19 November 2022 at the San Vicente Integrated School, San Vicente Ilocos Sur.

Governor Jerry emphasized the vital role of every youth in the society as a hope of the motherland.
