Governor Jerry Singson awarded the cash prizes and certificates to the winners of this year’s PGIS Halloween Office Decorating Contest right after the Flag raising ceremony this 07 November 2022 at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center.

The Provincial Health Office was adjudged as the Champion receiving P15,000 cash prize while the Provincial Library landed 2nd placer with P12,000 cash prize. While Ilocos Sur Provincial Jail bagged 3rd place with P8,000 reward, the Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office placed as 4th with P5,000 prize.
