Governor Jerry Singson had a meeting with the National Dairy Authority and with Dr. Pavan Shukla wherein the provision of dairy farming was discussed. This would allow the province and associations venture into both dairy feeding to children and other entrepreneurial activities through commercial dairy farming in the succeeding years.

Pregnant cattles will be dispersed to the dairy farmers, an intervention of the NDA and the PGIS. The provincial government eyed on this agricultural intervention concept as effective concept for agricultural productivity.

Along with the Governor were Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda and Provincial Veterinary Officer, Dr. Donna Mae Rosario.
