The United Architects of the Philippines Ylocos-Vigan Chapter held its 18th Induction and Turn Over Ceremony of new members and chapter officers for the year 2022-2023 yesterday 25 September 2022 at Melsol Hotel, Bantay, Ilocos Sur.

Mr. Jester Lewis Singson delivered the message of Governor Jerry Singson who served as the guest speaker during the said event.
