Five hundred twenty-six workers were benefitted with the TUPAD Payout Program of the Department of Labor and Employment in partnership with the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur and the LGU of San Vicente. The distribution was done at the San Vicente Gymnasium this 20 September 2022.
