The Integrated Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Management Council (IFARMC) held their Provincial Meeting and Congress at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood and Development Center. They presented their accomplishments and future projects to protect the biodiversities of Ilocos Sur. Governor Jerry Singson delivered a message in the said program and encouraged every IFARMC to continue their task in protecting the natural resources of the province.
