Aside from the incoming partnership of DITO Telecommunity and PGIS which is the ONE Ilocos Sur Network, Governor Jerry Singson brought the said company in the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Center to distribute Free 500 DITO Simcards for the PGIS employees as part of their Corporate Social Responsibilities.
