Governor Jerry Singson attended the dedication of the church and altar of Saint Joseph Parish in the municipality of Salcedo led by the Archdiocese of Nueva Segovia. Joining the Governor were LMP President Emeritus Luis “Chavit” Singson, Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members Ericson Singson, Leopoldo Gironella, Tante Benzon, and Mayor Niña Itchon.
