Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers (TUPAD).
Governor Jerry Singson together with DOLE OIC Charity Ubilas and Sta. Cruz Vice Mayor Virgilio Valle led the distribution of Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers (TUPAD). 190 workers of Sta. Cruz were benefitted to the program and received P4,000.00 pesos each.
