The magnificent light artist Raphael Dela Cruz illuminated the program with his obra maestra featuring the heritage, tradition, and vibrant culture of ONE Ilocos Sur. Ilocos Sur Festival 2025 – The Grandest of Celebrations commenced with Concelebrated Mass and Los Patrones Procession this 28 January 2025. This is a yearly religious celebration for the success of the Ilocos Sur Festival and it also highlights the importance of gratitude and unity in the province.

The official candidates for Miss Ilocos Sur 2025 and Mister Ilocos Sur 2025 were officially presented during the Sashing Ceremony, Press Conference, and Welcome Dinner held at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center last 27 January 2025.
