In celebration of World Tourism Week 2023, Governor Jerry Singson, Vigan City Mayor Bonito Singson and Sangguniang Panlungsod Members led the ribbon cutting of the “One Barangay One Product” (OBOP) Tourism Trade Fair. Each booth exhibits local cuisines, delicacies and craftmanship displaying the rich heritage culture of Vigan City.
