Governor Jerry Singson thanked the Department of Interior and Local Government for the acquisition of boom truck funded from the 2023 Seal of Good Local Governance – Incentive Fund (SGLG-IF). The project was turned over by DILG Ilocos Sur Provincial Director Randy Dela Rosa.
