Governor Jerry Singson humbly accepted the cheque amounting to P200,000.00 from Landbank of the Philippines as a donation to the province for the earthquake victims. The financial assistance was handed in by Vigan Branch Manager Janirose Fernandez, Quezon Avenue Branch Manager Lei Plete, Candon Branch Manager Joel Peredo, and Narvacan Branch Manager Marichu Dagdagan. Governor Jerry Singson attended the Special Meeting of the Regional Development Council via zoom to identify their nominations for RDC Chair and Co-Chair. Aside from this, the Private Sector Representative to the RDC 1 had their Oath Taking officiated by NEDA Region 1 Director, Nestor Rillon.

The Philippine Association of General Services Officers paid courtesy visit to Governor Jerry Singson to express their gratitude for the hospitality of the province during their Brainstorming Meeting and Inter-Phasing with the National Members and Board of Trustees that happened in Vigan City.

Governor Jerry Singson attended the meeting with the Zuellig representative and Health Officials of the Province to tackle the Leadership development for the Province in relation to Universal Health Care Implementation in order to achieve a healthy and happy Filipino Family through an improved family health care approach.
