First Surveillance Audit on its Third Recertification
The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur successfully passed its First Surveillance Audit on its Third Recertification for ISO 9001:2015 last 5 December 2024. The audit was conducted by TUV NORD Philippines, Inc. headed by Mr. Edmund Angelo Larroza along with Mr. Benzon Platino. The Provincial Government obtained zero major and minor non-conformities.
