DOLE Assisted Livelihood Project.
Through the initiative of Governor Jerry Singson, the Department of Labor and Employment brought livelihood programs to the residents of Ilocos Sur known as the DOLE Assisted Livelihood Project. The program provided support to 14 individuals in the form of various livelihood assistance opportunities including frozen retailing, rice retailing, sari-sari store packages and goat raising.
