The 11th ONE Ilocos Sur Job Fair and One-Stop-Shop was conducted on 10 April 2025 at the People’s Hall, Provincial Capitol, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur. The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur established a Kadiwa ng Pangulo at the Provincial Library Grounds, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur, this 10 April 2025. This program helps the farmers and MSMEs sell their produce directly to the buyers without any layers to ensure cheaper trading prices.

The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur opened the Ilocos Sur Pastry Depot this 8 April 2025 located at the 2nd Floor, ONE Ilocos Sur Food Park beside the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center. This depot is an integral hub, a centralized one-stop-shop concept that effectively spotlights products of Ilocos Sur aside from the different pastries.
