Governor Jerry Singson together with DOLE OIC Charity Ubilas and Sta. Cruz Vice Mayor Virgilio Valle led the distribution of Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers (TUPAD). 190 workers of Sta. Cruz were benefitted to the program and received P4,000.00 pesos each.

Through the initiative of Governor Jerry Singson, a total of 100 beneficiaries from the municipality of Caoayan received cash assistance from the Kalinga Partylist headed by Representative Irene Saulog in partnership with the Department of Social Welfare and Development. Governor Jerry Singson administered the mass oath-taking ceremony for the newly-elected Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Officials of Sta. Catalina this 14 November 2023. The Governor reminded the officials to be unifying leaders – bringing their constituents together in order to achieve the goals and aspirations of their barangay.
2023 Elderly Filipino Week Celebration
The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur recognized Minervina D. Singson who was hailed as one of the Sampung Ulirang Nakakatanda National Awardee 2023 during the 2023 Elderly Filipino Week Celebration. The provincial government also awarded 15,000.00 cheque incentives to 85 centenarians and over 900 senior citizens of Ilocos Sur participated in the celebration.
