To extend assistance to the students to cope up with their educational expenses, Governor Jerry Singson awarded stipends to 69 students who undergone the 22-day Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES) to the provincial government offices and hospitals. Thirty elementary passers and 603 junior high school completers graduated from the Alternative Learning System Program of the Department of Education this 28 October 2022 the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center.
