The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur has provided Solar Powered Irrigation System for the farmers of Brgy. San Julian, Bantay. Governor Jerry Singson looked-over the project along with Vigan City Councilor Bobit Singson and Provincial Agriculturist Erlinda Baltazar this 20 June 2024.

Governor Jerry Singson inspected the new Solar Powered Water Irrigation System located at Brgy. Bayubay Norte, San Vicente this 20 June 2024. Said project can irrigate three sitios. San Vicente Mayor Jonan Tabanda, Vigan City Councilor Bobit Singson and Provincial Agriculturist Erlinda Baltazar accompanied the Governor during the inspection.

In the pursuit to establish a productive agriculture as one of the aspirations of the provincial government, Governor Jerry Singson actively supported the initiative of the Department of Agriculture and the Philippine Carabao Center providing buffaloes to agistor cooperatives of the province.

The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur held its Distribution of Interventions for HVCDP (Mango Production) & Organic Agriculture Program this 5 June 2024. Mango growers received mango seedlings, plant catalysts, insecticides, fungicides, fertilizers, and calcium nitrate for the mango growers. Governor Jerry Singson conducted a site inspection of the nearly-completed Solar Powered Water System with Desalination Process in Barangay Busiing Norte, San Ildefonso this 30 May 2024. This innovative project promises to bring sustainable water solutions to the community which is a big help for the farmers.
