Governor Jerry Singson and National Museum’s Deputy Director General for Museum Jorelle Legaspi took part in the Ribbon Cutting of the Ilocos Sur Kannawidan Art Exhibit 2023 at the National Museum, Vigan City.

Around 300 local artists participated in the said exhibit. People who are visiting the said area can see the obra maestra of the participants like paintings, sculptures, seed mosaic and installation art.

Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members Third Ranches, Christopher Baterina and Art Oandasan, together with Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda and Executive Assistant to the Governor Atty. Jannah Singson were also present during the event.
